Update Software

"Secure Update"

Ikuhlu License has expired. (Date/Time Reached)

The current time limit for your controller has expired, contact WARD Jet following the steps below.

Steps to Request More Time

  1. Download the update software above "Secure Update"
  2. Press the “Generate Request Code” button

  3. Save the file in on the Desktop for easy reference.
  4. Email the file to support@wardjet.com

Steps to use the "Update Wizard" file (UPW)

Once a "*.UPW" file is received

  1. Save the UPW on the Desktop
  2. Using the browse button, navigate and select the UPW file.

  3. Once the file is loaded press the "Apply Code" button

A Message box with displaying "Success!" should show if all has gone well.
